Happy 2021! Starting the Year Off Right

Happy New Year Everyone!

We finally made it to 2021 and I wanted to make sure to start the year off right. I’ve been out for awhile and I’ve had a lot of ups and downs, and like most of you during this pandemic my weight has gone up and my hair has grown longer! But now with this new year, it’s finally time to gather momentum and keep at it despite all the curveballs being thrown our way. Right?

So to begin here was my first breakfast of 2021!

Thin Bagel Breakfast-
*2/3 cup Egg whites with veggies (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes)
*2 slices of thin bacon from HEB
*bananas & berries sprinkled with chia seeds, flax seeds, and ceylon cinnamon
*Susalia chips with 8 crispy rounds
*thin bagel with avocado
*coffee with 2 teaspoons of creamer

Can you believe it? Vitatops are back in my life and breakfast! I can’t say “no” to this tasty treat and I’m so glad they brought back their original formula!

New Video Upload: Weight Watchers 3 SP Overnight Oats Recipe!

Hello, Everyone!

It was a super HOT day in Texas (as usual) and can you believe it – my AC was on the fritz!!! So what else could I do while I sat around for the AC guy to come and fix my AC? – you guessed it – I filmed a new recipe video!

You can definitely see me sweat in this video – whew!- it was 83 degrees in my apartment! *faints* But I kept super cool with my delicious and 3SP Overnight Oats Recipe.

New Video Upload–My New Breakfast for 9 SmartPoints!

Hello, Everyone!

Well week one of my six weeks recovery is finally down, so I’ve been feeling a little bit better and I’m so glad to finally be uploading my new breakfast video.

I previously uploaded my first breakfast video back in September of 2015 and since then, I’ve changed a few things around. Plus, when I released that video, Weight Watchers was still under the PointsPlus system, and now that we’re in SmartPoints, I knew it was time for a remake!

So in the last week of May I recorded the video, but since I was out of town and then down with an injury, it’s taken me some time to finally get it uploaded. Please take a moment to catch it on YouTube!

Weight Watchers: When a Craving Strikes, It’s Breakfast for Dinner!

Hiya, Everyone!

So, it’s been a while now, but I’ve had a craving for chips and bagels for breakfast. Before Weight Watchers, that was my go-to breakfast. A delicious bagel (or two LOL) filled with eggs, deli meat, avocado, and with Lay’s Potato Chips on the side. *faints*

So today I was doing a bit of Spring cleaning when this craving hit me hard! I mean I had already enjoyed my breakfast earlier in the day. So, I couldn’t possibly do a repeat, right? Wrong.

My craving couldn’t be denied. LOL Have you ever had that happen, y’all? It’s been awhile for me, but for some reason (I’ll blame a commercial I saw on TV) I just decided to go with it. So, what’s a girl on Weight Watchers to do? Make it work with your points!

First thing, I got my amazing super low points Soma Egg White Patties which I bought at my local Sam’s.
