PointsPincher - an individual who values every single point, usually choosing one item over another because the points value is lower

Jumper Item - a food item that doesn't follow the normal course of adding points, and jumps ahead a number
Ex: 2 + 2 = 5.

Backer Item - a food item that doesn't follow the normal course of adding points, and falls back a number or stays the same
Ex: 1 + 1 = 1

Regular Item - a food item that follows the normal course of adding points
Ex: 1 + 1 = 2

R.B. Moment - Rock Bottom moment - a moment in time where your weight loss journey truly begins and you realize that you must change

Work-around - a method of avoiding a jumper item's points value by eating a different flavor of the same item

Ex: Instead of eating 2 Mission Carb Balance Flour tortillas (which total up to 3PPV), buy one Mission Whole Wheat (1PPV) and the other Flour (1PPV) which totals up to 2PPV and avoid that extra point

Weight Watchaversary - a date that is remembered or celebrated commemorating when you joined Weight Watchers and decided to take control and change your life for the better
