New Video Upload: Weight Watchers Food Prep: Zero SmartPoints Savory Veggie Soup

Hello, Everyone! I’m back again with another Weight Watchers Food Prep video. This time, I’m making a huge batch of my Zero SmartPoints Savory Veggie Soup to last me all week.

Check out the video on YouTube: (Plus see my favorite food item in the world and the reason why I joined Weight Watchers! LOL)

This is a great side dish, perfect to compliment any meal as it’s nutritious and delicious. You can pair it with a sandwich, some fish, or any lean cut of chicken, beef, or turkey. Or you can also add some Kame noodles to it. Yum!

But whatever you decide to do it, the best part of it is that it’s Zero Smartpoints!

Ingredients:
Yields 12 cups

  • 1 cup HEB’s Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 4 cups HEB’s Fat Free Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 Package Crock Pot Hearty Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
  • 4 chopped Mexican squash/zucchini
  • 3 cups of sliced cabbage
  • 8oz of Bolthouse Farms baby carrots
  • 4 stalks of chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup of chopped cilantro/parsley

Instructions:

1.  Put in your liquids and add the seasoning mix into a slow cooker of at least 6 quarts.

2. Add in veggies.

3. Turn on your slow cooker and set it to high for four hours.

4. Serve and enjoy! This keeps in your refrigerator for 3-4 days; freeze any leftovers.

This is an especially perfect treat on a cold day as it’ll warm you right up. How would you serve this soup? Share it with me!
