Hello, Everyone! I’m back again with another PointsWorthy Meal Cooking Video. This time, I’m sharing my recipe for my Steamed Fish & Veggies for only 8 Delicious SmartPoints.

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage to line your steamer trays
  • 16oz of HEB Broccoli Cuts - Frozen
  • 3 Fillets of Simply Balanced – Alaskan Keta Salmon (Wild Caught) – Frozen

To Your Taste:

  • Chef Paul’s Seasoning Mix: Seafood Magic
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • Kosher Salt

Instructions:

  • Line your Hamilton Beach steamer trays with your washed cabbage.
  • On the bottom tray, fill it with the frozen broccoli.
  • On the top tray, arrange your 3 frozen fillets.
  • Turn on your steamer for 35 minutes.
  • Season & Enjoy!
