New Video Upload: New & Updated Weight Watchers Weekly Food Prep

Hello, Everyone!

I hope y’all have recovered from the Holidays! Now that we’re all ready to get back into the swing of things, I decided to upload what I’m now prepping on my Weight Watchers week.

I started out just prepping my chicken, but as my regular items became more scarce in my local grocery, and I’ve added new items, my prep items list kept growing.

In order to ensure my success, it’s imperative to me to portion out snacks. My biggest food trigger is seeing a bag of snacks/nuts and eating the whole thing in one go as I’m watching TV or surfing the net. So, to stay on track, I portion out my snacks as soon as I buy them.

My first storage choice are glass or plastic airtight containers, but sometimes it’s super convenient placing items in small bags because it helps me out with the limited space I have in my refrigerator. Plus, I always try to reuse my plastic baggies whenever possible.
