Weekly Weigh In, Weight Watchers Changes, & My Weight Watchers Meeting: Mind Over Matter!

Hello, Everyone!

Last week, I was in such a mad dash to lose the weight I had gained over the previous week when I had gotten sick. I’m so happy that I accomplished this and I managed to knock off another .2lbs on top of that. Woot! This brings my total loss to 168.6 lbs.

But that’s not all that happened this past week. We also got to see some of the new changes Weight Watchers is doing on their site. Overall, I’m liking the new look, but I’m not liking that they changed how you view your current weight.

Gone is the cute line graph that showed you the much pertinent information that the entered weight was a WW entered weight (not one you entered yourself), and what change did you undergo in the week – did you have a loss or a gain or did you reach a milestone that week? Now all that info has been replaced with some stranger’s picture with only your beginning weight, your current weight, and your goal weight shown on the screen.

That’s it. I’m not liking this at all. I NEED to see my old info. To this end, I’ve submitted feedback hoping they bring this feature back.

Meanwhile, last week’s meeting was all about Mind Over Matter.

20151129_15335922 We discussed more Thanksgiving strategies and what to do with the leftovers. This week I know I’m not going to be losing any weight, and I always allow myself a little wiggle room during this week because I don’t let my leftovers go to waste.

It’s fun coming up with turkey dishes for the rest of the week. So far, we’ve had turkey pizza, turkey tacos, and a turkey omelet for breakfast!
