My Weight Watchers Meeting: Protein Power & Weekly Weigh In

Hello, Everyone and Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a good week. As for me, I wasn’t really thinking I was going to lose anything this week since when I have a big loss, the next week I either stay the same or gain a little. I was crossing my fingers, though, and hoping to at least lose .8 lbs to make it to another 5 lb loss, and wouldn’t you know it? The scale totally came through me! I’m down another 5 lbs for a total of 165 lbs loss total. Woot!

Yaya! The scale is totally my BFF this week! I hope we continue like this next week! *fingers crossed*

In regards to my meeting, as usual, we had a great meeting which was all about protein. So glad we finally discussed this at our meetings. It was super informative and so great to hear from the group on ideas of how to lean out our protein.

For example, instead of choosing all beef hot dogs, go for the leaner option of turkey or chicken ones. In many instances, you can get the same amount of protein, but without adding a lot of points.
